Well established Atlanta company needs a Senior Internal Auditor. This position will be responsible for conducting and documenting audits to ensure the adequacy and application of internal accounting, financial controls, operational controls, and compliance with plans, policies, and procedures along with other functions. Bachelors in Accounting required (Masters a plus). CPA or CIA definite plusses. Ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of recent public accounting or internal audit experience with an emphasis on substantive and analytical testing of financial statement accounts as well as performing SOX audit testing. Travel up to 20%.
