Senior Analyst - Reporting & Budgeting

This position is responsible for all consolidating reporting activities of Oldcastle APG by performing duties personally or through subordinates.

Essential duties include:

Prepare monthly reports that summarize and forecast consolidated business activity and financial position in areas of income, expense, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations by working closely with Seniro Finance personnel.

Provide management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.

Prepare reports and analysis required by CRH, Oldcastle, and any regulatory agencies.

Prepare consolidated budgets, review budget proposals and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification as required.

Assist in the preparation of consolidated mid-year and annual year end Irish GAAP reporting packages.

Assist in the move from excel based consolidations to Hyperion Financial Management (or other appropriate tool) for all management reporting activity.

Assist in implementation of a new budgeting and planning process and platform.

Recommend modifications to existing programs, objectives, and policies for the company.
Strong research and problem solving skills.
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting
MBA or CPA a Plus
Two to three years progressive experience ina related role.
