SEC Reporting Specialist

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of External Reporting and will be responsible for a variety of SEC reporting projects. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on needs which arise but may include the following:

Draft financial statements, MD&A and footnote disclosures for SEC filings
Prepare supporting schedules for SEC filings
Provide technical guidance on business issues.
 Work with finance team on M&A transactions and integration issues.

Work Experience Required:

CPA required
Must have at least 4 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm
Software industry experience is preferred
Experience in a large global company is preferred
An excellent knowledge of current US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations is required
