Residential Staff Accountant

McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our residential accounting team at our Corporate Office in Ann Arbor, MI.

 As the Residential Staff Accountant, you will analyze and review accounting data for use in creating and substantiating financial records for residential properties within a discrete geographic region and/or investment partnerships, and provide financial analytical expertise in connection with these entities. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of four to six years related experience and/or training; or Bachelors (B.A.) or Masters (M.A.) degree in Accounting from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
