Real Estate Analyst
Dynamic and fast growing Real Estate Corporation offers an excellent opportunity within an outstanding work environment.
The individual selected will be primarily responsible for supporting the Company and its related companies in the analysis of real estate investments and potential development opportunities. The analyst will be working on acquisitions, dispositions, and ground-up development of commercial and residential projects.
Other responsibilities will include analyzing potential investment opportunities from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint and reporting on viability of prospective opportunities.
Supporting all analytical and operational aspects of a deal, including coordinating due diligence and overall transaction support as well as participating in the negotiations of purchase and sale agreements
Participating on property and market tours for new investment opportunities
Maintaining ongoing market reconnaissance for potential asset acquisitions/dispositions
Researching real estate market information on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS
4-6 years relevant work experience and at least 3 years real estate experience
High degree of proficiency with Excel, Argus, and Microsoft Office programs
Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
Passion for real estate
Ability to work independently and proactively with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and with senior management
