Property Management Company Seeking Controller

Established, stable, and growing property management company has an opportunity for a Controller for one of the company's communities.  The position will be based out of the beautiful office in the Squaw Peak area, but will require local travel to the properties one time per month.  Advancement opportunities will be available as a result of the growth the company projects and has seen in recent years. 

 

Job Description:

- Manage all financials, general ledger, month-end closing, bank reconciliations for an assigned property or properties

- Regular communication with both internal and external customers

 

You must have the following in order to be considered for this opportunity:

 - Great personality, as you will have heavy interaction with people not just the numbers

 - BS in Accounting

 - 3 - 5 years of accounting experience

 - Solid work history

 

Salary to $65k + comprehensive benefits & rapid growth opportunities
