Project Accountant

 

This position will assist with project costing, billing, collections and accounting system maintenance.  Will also work with Project Managers in providing admin support, invoice processing and prep of weekly/monthly accounting reports.

 

Requirements: A minimum of 5 yrs of accounting exp, Word and Excel proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Must have experience dealing with billable hours. Prior exp in an engineering environment and knowledge of an automated accounting system are strongly preferred.

4 month contract-to-hire. Anniversary date is backdated 120 days from transition to permanent, and benefits would start accordingly.
