Obtain invaluable industry and tax technical experience with a Big-4 accounting firm located in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.  KPMG in Bermuda’s U.S. tax practice is currently seeking a manager to join our private client service team.  The successful candidate will be a CPA who is interested in building a challenging and rewarding career in this tax-advantaged paradise in an established and very successful practice.

 

 

Job Description

 

· Review tax returns for high net worth individuals and international executives in the offshore financial services industries

· Provide a diverse range of services to the offshore trust industry, including income tax planning, review of U.S. information returns, and review of U.S. income tax basis financial statements

· Income and estate tax planning for U.S. expatriates and foreign nationals

· Establish and maintain effective client relationships, assist in business development activities

· Conduct special projects and tax research

· Manage and develop staff

 

 

Qualifications

 

· CPA designation required

· Masters degree in taxation preferred

· Experience in U.S. taxation of high net worth individuals and trusts is necessary

· Experience in taxation of U.S. citizens resident abroad and offshore entities is an asset

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
