Principal - Controller

Candidates should have some experinence with :
5+ years of controllership or equivalent within companies with revenues of $30 million or more

Undergraduate degree

Current licensed CPA desired, but not required

GAAP reporting, internal controls, financial systems, cost accounting, audit, management of staff level employees

Development of financial projections and cash forecasting tools

Interface with all levels of management

Direct report to CFO, CAO, Corporate Controller or equivalent

Interaction with auditors, tax professionals, bankers and outside counsel

Evaluation of financial systems and/or system conversions

Assessment and preparation financial statements and management reports

Active involvement in the treasury function

Knowledge of SEC requirements and preparation of public filings

Familiarity with internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley documentation, assessment and certifications

Experience with a variety of ERP and financial reporting systems

Budget development (department, capital, consolidated, expense)

Established professional network, with desire and ability to market Tatum’s services to clients and refer resources
