The Rate is Open on this Requirement:

 

Consultant will anticipate involvement in incident and problem management activities associated with core systems monitoring technologies as well as implementation of service requests for Application Instrumentation.  Technologies referenced below.

 

NOTE: OV = OpenView

 

OV Operations Unix/Windows: template development; adding/changing managed nodes; diagnosis of agent connectivity issues; Unix/Windows system user proficiency.

OV Internet Services: probe target configuration; HTTP_TRANS probe recording and customization; probe server setup and configuration; alert integration with OV Operations.

OV Performance Insight: maintenance of data collection, aggregation, and archiving; adding/changing managed nodes; creating new reports.

OV Service Information Portal: creating new roles and views, and customization of existing views; adding new users; creating simple HTML web page content.
