International Relocation Compensation Analyst

Performs cost estimate calculations and analysis. Acts as the lead in determining cost of living adjustments (i.e. housing and goods and services allowances) for our clients international assignees. Prepares balance sheets and feeds to payroll.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Partner with the International Assignment Manager to ensure they have the necessary information to field compensation inquiries from the customer.

- Partner with Expense Analyst to ensure applicable costs are tracked for clients total cost reporting.

- Interfacing with payroll departments and providing accurate information to payroll in a timely manner for payroll processing.

- Interfacing with local and foreign tax providers to provide accurate information for tax analysis, reporting and equalization.

- Work with industry tables to review changes in market conditions and to calculate and update information associated with international assignment compensation packages.

- Manage data provider order and invoice process.

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates, used for client decision-making and accruals.

- Responsible for generating balance sheets and feeding to client payroll.

Minimum:
- High School diploma

Preferred:
- Bachelors degree
- Familiar with international assignment policies
- Prior experience with international compensation benefits
- Prior experience with international payroll
- Prior experience working with a tax partner
