EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Information Technology0 to 2 years of IT/auditing experience preferredSarbanes Oxley experience helpful

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist with the company’s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Interact with the company’s operations, IT, internal audit, legal, and finance departments.Monitor and test the company’s internals controls and documentation of existing policies, procedures, and processes related to Information Technology.Assist in the remediation efforts to correct deficiencies found during the initial testing of internal controls and the company’s process documentation.Perform IT compliance audits by interviewing personnel, testing the documents, and preparing detailed work papers to document the testing performed and the associated findings.Provide feedback to management on deficiencies found and recommendations for corrective actions.Completing special projects as requested.
