Government Compliance Accounting Manager

East Valley company is seeking to hire an Accounting Manager with expertise in (Federal) Government Accounting. This multi-faceted role will work with our accounting team on the overall financial support of the organization and will manage government service/maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with FAR/CAS. The position will also serve as back up to other team members as needed in a fast paced, rapidly evolving high tech environment.

Qualifications :
-10+ years experience in Government (Federal) and cost accounting. -Working knowledge of FAR and CAS. -Expertise in general ledger and corporate accounting. -Experience in high growth / very fast paced environments -Experience with G/L systems (Oracle preferred) and account reconciliation -Strong communication skills (written and oral). -BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
