We are seeking a dynamic and motivated financial analyst to provide leadership and integrity for the consolidations and financial reporting function of a developing services company in the downtown Houston area. Responsibilities will include consolidating trial balances for multiple business units and corporate cost centers, audit and budget coordination and monthly reporting. Maintaining company pro formas, forecasts, and estimates along with other duties will be requirements of the financial analyst position.


General requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting required
CPA preferred
8+ years experience in all aspects of accounting and reporting with an emphasis on reporting
Strong leadership skills
Proactive orientation
Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization
PeopleSoft experience beneficial but not required
SEC and SOX experience a plus
