Financial Administrator

Archway Marketing Services a premier provider of marketing execution services is seeking a Financial Administrator to join our Romulus, Michigan team.  The objective of this position is to perform accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing for one of our client’s programs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Maintain accounts receivable records and reports.

·  Aggressively pursues all past due accounts and take appropriate steps to collect on all amounts due.

·  Assures that all payments are posted to the A/R system accurately and in a timely manner.

·  Applies debit and credit batches.

·  Issue purchase orders for vendors.

·  Creates A/P file for client jobs using cost report and worksheets.

·  Processes vendor invoices and applies to appropriate job in the client A/P program.

·  Prepare month end A/P accruals and journal entries to close out programs on a monthly basis.

·  Create invoices on a monthly basis.

 

Skills/Knowledge:

 

·  One to two years related experience

·  Commercial collections/accounts receivable experience

·  Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping

·  Excellent PC skills including working with spreadsheets and data entry accuracy

·  Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Attention to detail

·  Associate’s degree, preferred
