SS&C FUND SERVICES ACCOUNTANT

Primary Responsibilities:

 Loading required external data to databases.Investment Accounting Functions include:Trade processing on core systemsPrice file uploads including variance analysis and research utilizing Bloomberg terminalscash and holdings reconciliation between core systems and custodian and Asset Manager statements on file.Assist with generating daily or monthly customer reports including checks and balances to ensure the integrity of the reportsAssist with producing monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements including analytical review, research and resolving discrepanciesManage / assist with managing Client relationshipsAssist with implementation of new Clients and special projectsSupport of product release testing

 

 

Qualifications:

 B.S. Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus3+ years of investment accounting or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)Plus: Report Writing (Crystal, Access), STAT & GAAP AccountingPlus: Exp. in Statutory ReportingPlus: Annuity and Security Exp.
