Responsibilities will include lockbox reconciliation, payment posting, refunds, unapplied cash and document management. This position requires a working knowledge of the entire claims adjudication life cycle, and clearinghouse EDI processes. Strong leadership experience necessary as this role will oversee 3 team leaders with a staff of 25. The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with a knowledge of accrual revenue methods, write-offs, cash control and audit procedures.
