Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller:

Responsible for accounting functions for all divisions of this public company including Internal Controls, Internal and External Reporting, General Accounting, Bank Relationship and Credit and Collections. Ten direct reports, including three divisional controllers.

Duties:

·Budgeting
·Primary Bank contact
·Inventory management including overhead rate analysis and reserve review
·Manage all aspects of credit and collections
·Identify reporting requirements and provide solutions
·Responsible for SOX reporting and compliance
·Responsible for quarterly information for earnings release and SEC reporting
·Assist with preparation of 10Q and 10K

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelors Degree in Accounting and ten to fifteen years prior experience working in a public company environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Seven to ten years in a management roll.
CPA required
Experience using JD Ewards or similar ERP system required.
