Corporate Accounting Analyst

Our client, located in Troy, is seeking a talented corporate accounting analyst to join their team. In this position, candidates will be responsible for the following: * Ensuring corporate assets, liabilities and income statement items are properly accounted for in accordance with US GAAP, * Assisting with corporation consolidation entries and intercompany elimination, * Reporting actual results in the areas of restructuring, purchase accounting, and FAS 112, * Coordinate the calculation of EBITDAR each month, * Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, * Coordinate the period 13 (post-close) process, * Complete account reconciliation, * Support Sarbanes-Oxley certification process.
