Commercial Finance Senior Manager

Ryder’s Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) business segment combines several capabilities into a comprehensive package that provides one-stop outsourcing of the acquisition, maintenance, management and disposal of vehicles. Ryder’s commercial rental service offers customers a method to expand their fleets in order to address specific or short-term capacity needs.
Ryder is seeking a Commercial Finance Senior Manager who will reports to the FMS CFO and is designed to provide financial support for the FMS Ryder Sales & Marketing Department:
* Monthly reporting and analysis of Lease & RPM Revenue
* Review the drivers of the financial results
* Initiative tracking & reporting
* Monthly forecasting of Lease & RPM revenue
* Reconciliation of reported sales & revenue recognition
* ASL analysis & forecasting
* Ad hoc projects & analysis - provide financial guidance on an ad hoc basis for various projects including commission analysis, marketing initiatives, and RCE preparation for large projects.
* Provide ongoing financial support to Ryder's FMS Sales & Marketing organization as well as provide feedback to the FMS organization on the reconciliation between Lease & RPM sales reporting & lease revenue generation.
Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:
This position requires:
* MBA or CPA required
* Excellent people & communication skills
* Ability to communicate within all levels of a large organization
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent analytical & statistical skills
* Excellent financial, business and computer skills
* Experience in one of Ryder Finance Departments a plus.
