Collector-National Accounts

Job Description:
Primary duties include direct telephone contact with National Account customers to collect on all past due invoices. Contact with customer may include e-mail. The NA Collector is responsibly for managing their assigned customers and performing complete collections coverage. As part of the process, the collector will be able to build solid business relationships with their customers, and utilize field and National Account resources to facilitate invoice resolution.

Duties also include:
Provide duplicate invoices upon request
Perform account reconciliations
Work with NA Manager in resolving invoice disputes, services issues, etc.
Maintain updated status of past due NA customers
Perform account adjustments when needed
Recommend escalation on problem accounts

Skills required:
High School Diploma/GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collect on high-dollar accounts while building business relationships
Self-starter, motivated to achieve results
Well organized
Analyze and identify account issues that may impact future delayed payments
Strong customers service skills
Microsoft skills, including managing spreadsheets
