Cash Analyst

Our client, a large privately held corporation, is seeking an experienced Senior Cash Analyst to join their team.  An employee friendly, business casual work environment with little to no overtime, along with great benefits are just a few of the rewards of working for this company.

 

Requirements:

-BS in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.

-Three (3) or more years of cash management or cash accounting experience in a high transaction volume environment within a mid to large sized corporation.

-Should have a solid understanding of the internal control environment surrounding the cash receipts and disbursements cycle.

-Experience working with lockbox and zero balance accounts.

-Experience working with any web based cash management system and/or implementing and working with a treasury workstation software is a huge plus. 

 

Duties:

- Play an active role in creating short and long-range cash forecasts.

- Assist in all cash management activities that occur within all of the company’s bank accounts.

- Maintain the company’s investment portfolio in accordance with the corporate investment strategy as prescribed by upper management.

- Assist upper management in streamlining the cash transaction process throughout the corporation.

- Assist in the documentation of corporate internal control procedures surrounding the cash and investments transaction cycle.
