Be a key player on the executive team by managing the accounting and finance staff and work cross functionally with the operations. The selected individual must possess strong analytical, leadership, decision making, motivational, creativity, strategic planning and communication skills.

Job Description:Review the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections. Manage all activities related to financial accounting, management of contracts, and management of banking relationships including short and long term debt. Pro active analysis of the monthly financial statements, analysis of key financial performance indicators and trends, establish financial benchmarks of acceptable performance, and forecasting and comparison of actual results to budget. Establish, implement, and update financial controls. Assistance with special projects such as business case analysis of new business opportunities. Management and coordination with outside accounting firm of annual audit and tax work.

 

 

 

Candidate must be a CPA or MBA with a minimum of 7 years accounting management experience. Some public accounting experience is highly preferred. Candidate must also have SEC experience/recent to be considered for the position.
