Budget/Productivity Manager
Mercy Hospital is in search of an organized individual to manage the planning, development, production and communication phases of the Budgeting process and coordinate the Productivity Measurement System activities for both Mercy Hospital and Mercy Southwest Hospitals.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounting and/or Finance, including 2-3 years in the healthcare environment. Strong background in accounting techniques, practices and theories is essential, as is a through understanding of budgeting, financial analyses and management reporting principles/practices.
