Billing Clerk

A Southwest Valley Service company is looking for a billing specialist for a temporary to hire opportunity. In this position the candidate will be entering all client invoices into the internal database. Candidate will handle the billing for one to two clients initially but has the opportunity to increase the amount of clients included in the individuals billing portfolio based on performance. Position also includes sales tax calculations, mark up pricing, and payroll. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Qualified candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting and one plus years experience in billing. High accuracy in data entry is required plus basic computer skills.
