Accounts Payable Specialist (T&E’s) - Greenberg Traurig's Shared Services Accounting Department, located in Miami at 8400 NW 36th Street in Doral, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with demonstrated abilities and experience in an Accounts Payable environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and auditing Firmwide Travel and Expense Reimbursements received from each of our domestic office locations. The ideal candidate will have multi-office accounts payable experience processing high volume vendor invoices and expense reports, along with general ledger coding of expenses and client allocations, preferably from a legal or service related industry. Qualified candidates should have a minimum 3+ years of relevant accounts payable experience, Travel and Expense Reimbursements experience is required, auditing experience is a plus. Exemplary organizational skills along with attention to detail is required. Strong customer service skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Candidate must have the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and set priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast paced shared environment. Computer proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Outlook, Excel is a must. CMS Accounting Software is preferred. Necho Software is a plus.
