Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Prepare voucher packages

·  Input invoices into A/P system, insure proper coding, authorization, and timely payment

·  Work with Operations to obtain approvals/PO matches/Receipt of products

·  Work with accounting staff for accrual and payment reconciliations

·  Ad hoc vendor analysis and reconciliations

·  Assist with reconciliation of accrued liabilities

·  Assist with special projects, as needed

 

Core Requirements:

 At least 2 years of previous work experience in accounts payable with a company consisting of multiple locations and subsidiariesHands-on, team player, willing to work with the department to complete daily proceduresComplete understanding of the A/P process (Purchasing cycle) with the understanding of controls, segregation of duties and efficiency metrics for A/PHighly self- motivated with the ability to motivate othersBachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience required
