Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced A/P Specialist who thrives in a fast paced environment. Our Santa Cruz County client is one of the best companies to work for! In this role, your responsibilities will include performing the following duties: Full cycle of A/P capability. Assist Accounts Payable Manager in daily activities. Code invoices, prepare checks and submit payments. Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders. Communicate with purchasing personnel, vendors and internal departments.

Qualified applicants will possess 5+ years of related work experience with emphasis in accounting. The ability to work in a high volume atmosphere and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner are required. We are seeking a detail oriented individual with 10-key by touch experience, good written and verbal communication skills, and strong PC, Excel, and Word skills.
