Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe successful candidate should be competent at directly overseeing corporate accounting transactions in a rapidly growing high-growth services company. The candidate should be comfortable in providing accounting customer service and vendor support in addition to communicating and working with personnel in the company’s expanding locations nationwide. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Hands-on oversight of corporate accounting transactions and records

-  Oversee the company’s weekly accounts payable check run

- Complete the monthly accounting close for the corporate parent and company subsidiaries

-  Oversee and manage corporate accounting records and files

- Maintain and update Accounting Policies and Procedures as instructed by the Director of Finance

-   Prepare weekly and monthly reports of accounting-related items as requested

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-  Competent Accounting skills and knowledge

- Highly organized, with ability to oversee organized file systems for multiple companies

-  Quickbooks Enterprise experience required

-  Motivated to thrive in high-growth environment

- Strong technical / computer / software skills with MS Office, Web, Outlook

-  Good communication and writing skills a must

-  Good multi-tasking skills a must

- Great team player required-will be working closely with several other support personnel in office

-  Candidate must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude, prepared to grow with us in an upbeat, pleasant work environment
