Accounting Clerk II

A leading middle-market Investment Bank/Stock Brokerage firm, located in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking an experienced, highly motivated, analytical, self-starter to join our Accounting Department. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum three years accounting experience is a requirement.  Must be knowledgeable in Payroll, A/P, A/R and GL reconciliation.  Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience in Great Plains accounting program is a plus.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties will include processing A/P, A/R, assisting in month-end closing and profit sharing account administration.  Also duties as Administrative Assistant to CFO and Comptroller.
