Growing CPA practice in the Scottsdale/Kierland area is looking for PT/FT help. Client base is made up of personal tax and small business accounting and tax clients, all by referral. The office provides a comfortable environment in a professional office setting, and the role is perfect for someone who is looking to work in a smaller office with the opportunity to work in several areas of accounting (bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, A/P, A/R, reporting, etc.) for our clients.

 

Role to include: bookkeeping and general accounting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable, payroll calculation and quarterly reports, sales tax, administrative tasks, etc. Also includes personal tax preparation during tax season.

 

QuickBooks experience required.

Knowledge of payroll and sales tax preferred.

Prior individual income tax preparation helpful.

 

Full-time January - April. Part-time (Mon-Thurs) May – December (can be flexible).
