ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE - ENTRY LEVEL BILINUGAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for contacting customers who are delinquent in their accounts receivable payments.  The position requires the ability to arrange payment dates, collect payments, and settle accounts.  Guidelines for collection will be provided by the Company.  The position requires strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Spanish.  Additionally, this position is trained to provide backup to the billing department and occasionally supports front desk reception.   The position is an entry level position requiring at least 2 years of experience.  The Company will provide extensive training on the Company products and procedures.

 

Position Requirements: 

- MUST be fluent in English and Spanish (Verbal and Written Skills)
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable/collections experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Must be able to work overtime as needed and have a strong work ethic.

- MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment

- Position requires the ability to adapt to changes easily and quickly.

- Expert skills in Excel required
- Strong computer skills

- Ability to prepare well written, clear, concise memos and e-mails

- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exceptional follow-through and follow-up skills

- Must be able to work alone and with a team

- Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical problem solving skills
- High School Diploma Required

- Must have the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
