ACCOUNTING MANAGER to $50k+ -

Job Description: Controller Position Responsibilities including, (but not limited to)
All facets of accounting: A/R, A/P, and G/L
Manage and prepare month end financial statements and trail balance
Perform monthly analysis of general ledger account variance and reconcile changes
Responsible for all journal entries and postings for the month end/year end statements
Manage daily cash and bank reconciliations
Maintain Budget
Administration of HR files and Employee benefits
Payroll, either in house or use of outside payroll company such as PAYCHECK
Inventory experience
Ideal candidate must have specific experience employed for either a domestic Manufacturer, and/or a wholesale distributor.
Education: Minimum of a two year degree from an accredited institution
The ability to be part of a proactive management team.

Discretionary Bonus plan: At the end of the calendar year, all salaried employees may be eligible for a bonus based on the discretion of the owner
Vacation: 10 days earned, to be taken at a mutually acceptable time. Five additional personal or sick days.
Group Heath: we pay 100% for salaried employees
Short term disability: we pay 100%
401K: we match dollar for dollar after one year
Evaluations: generally done once a year depending on the financial condition of the company
