A/R Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a A/R Specialist.  Following are some of the multi-tasking duties involved:Applies customer payments to assigned accounts and determines the reason for payment deductions or discrepancies.Verifies the lock box receipts, wire transfers, branch deposits and miscellaneous checks on a daily basis.Responsible for special billing to include dock sales, cream sales, fuel, promos and rebate checks.Bills credit card customers twice per month via the Internet.Responsible for opening and distributing pouches from the branches, incoming/outgoing mail and the daily postage. Accesses the Internet to retrieve customer remittance information for payment application.On a weekly basis generates customer statements and special billing on select accounts.Completes other tasks as assigned by the Credit Manager

 

It will be an hourly position with a start range of $13 to $15 depending upon experience.
