Job Description:
Prominent Cell Phone Media Company in Los Angeles is currently searching for Two Collections Analysts with 2-3 years of experience and excellent computer skills. As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for processing A/R collections, monitoring of aging, collecting on delinquent accounts and providing excellent customer service and follow up. Additional responsibilities include following up on 30, 60 and 90 day accounts and negotiation of payment terms to reduce outstanding receivables. Analytical skills and “outside of the box” approach preferred for analysis of customer feedback for their services using Excel. Professional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
